The NWTN’s website (hereafter referred to as ”NWTN“, “the Site”, “our site”, or “we”), also known as ICONIQ Holding Limited and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its visitors.

II. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We use data to continually improve our site in various ways, including adding new features or capabilities. For example, your data may be analyzed or otherwise utilized to improve the user interface or content of our site, social media, and other digital media or to inform other forms of research for digital and non-digital application.

Alan Nan Wu

Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Alan Nan Wu is the CEO and a director of NWTN.

He was the founder of ICONIQ and served as its CEO and as an executive director from 2016 to 2022. Alan has substantial experience and expertise in the automotive and electric vehicle industries.

Alan also serves as the legal representative of the following companies; My Car, a Shenzhen based company that specializes in technology development, service consulting and electric vehicle sales; Tianjin Tuoda Management, an enterprise and service company; and ICONIQ New Energy Technology Research Institute which specializes in new energy research and development.

Prior to founding ICONIQ, Alan served as the China Head of JC Horizon.

Alan completed his bachelor degree in 2004 from the Kennedy College of Technology, Canada.

James David FINN

Chief Operating Officer

NWTN

James David Finn is the COO of NWTN. He previously served as the COO of ICONIQ.

James has extensive experience in company operations, specifically in the areas of engineering, production, quality control, and logistics. He was previously chief engineer and vice president of Evergrande New Energy Vehicles.

James also served as chief production officer and chief quality officer of Seres New Energy Vehicles, an electric vehicle OEM in the Chongqing Sokon Industry Group.

Prior to joining Seres, James was head of new vehicle projects, production, and logistics at Volkswagen Group China.

Before joining Volkswagen Group China, James has served as the managing director and chief representative for the China Operations of United Solar Ovonic, a developer of building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV).

James earned his master’s degree from Dublin City University.

Peter Jianfeng CHEN

Chief Financial Officer

Peter is the CFO of NWTN. He previously served as the CFO of ICONIQ.

Peter has extensive experience in financial management, business operations, investments, and financing.

Prior to joining ICONIQ, Peter was a partner at Blue Ocean Capital Group, an investment firm focusing on innovative biotech, medical devices, and med-tech companies with growth and buyout strategies.

Before joining the Blue Ocean Capital Group, was CFO and executive director of ZZ Capital International, a Hong Kong Exchange listed and SFC licensed investment platform focusing on cross-border M&As.

Previous to his work at ZZ Capital, Peter was the head of business development and principal investing at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Asia, as well as a principal at Bain Capital.

Peter has also served as an officer of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO)’s Pan Asia Chapter; as an executive director of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA); and as a board governor and capital markets committee chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei.

Peter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.

Howard Shixuan YU

Chief Technology Officer

NWTN Motors

Howard is the CTO of NWTN. He previously served as the CTO of ICONIQ.

His area of expertise includes the development of laptop computers, digital photo frames, e-books, smartphones, artificial intelligent car dashboards, and mobile intelligent cabins.

Howard also serves as a Partner of Hou Tian Capital, an investment company that focuses on investments in AIoT, smart car technologies and industry resource integration.

Previously, he co-founded and served as the COO of 1More Group where he led group procurement, research and development, and branding operations.

Prior to founding 1More Group, Howard served as a special assistant to the President of Hon-Hai Precision Inc. where he directly reported to Terry Guo; was the business and marketing director of the PC platform VIA Electronics for the China region; and served as the marketing and sales manager of the China division of MiTAC Computers.

Howard earned his master’s degree from Colorado Christian University.
